Hobart Bosworth

Hobart Van Zandt Bosworth was an American film actor, director, writer, and producer.

He was born on August 11, 1867 in Marietta, Ohio. He was a descendant of Miles Standish and John and Priscilla Alden on his fathers side and of New Yorks Van Zandt family, the first Dutch settlers to land in the New World, on his mothers side. Bosworth was always proud of his lineage.
